Maury had several experiences as lead or rythmic guitar in many local rock bands. His deepest love for Jimi Hendrix music is clearly evident in Maury's several sessions performing Jimi Hendrix works. When he first met Alex Falcone and Sweet Lorraine, he rediscovered his very old passion for Uriah Heep and he was pleased to immediately join Sweet Lorraine. For he is a very good rythmical and an excellent lead guitarist, the band took a significant advantage with Maury entry: more, he brought with him musical presence and drive, for a general band sound enrichment.
