Al ''Bert'' Zuccato

Al started to play bass guitar rather late, at his 30 years-age. This single event was to him a true love at first sight, and he immediately joined the band of the great guitar man Luca “Slash” Molinari in which was playing drums Franco Bisiani (Godzilla Distrugge Tokyo e Dintorni).

After this first experience, Al plays always more frequently in new formations with Franco and Luca (Dream Eleven, Leviathans) until he meets Arthur Falcone (Foxy Lady) who asks Al to join the new Stargazer Project. Unfortunately, a work casuality caused his exit from the project.

Afterwards, he worked with many musicians (also with acoustic guitars) and rock bands. Alex Falcone called Al last winter (2005) in order to try a rehersal with Al and Sweet Lorraine; Al and Alex had already worked together several times (Hard Black Highway, Holy Grail). After first hesitancy, Al joined Sweet Lorraine during Springs 2006, expecially on his friends Sheila and Norbe persistent suggestions.


Al is a great fun of Iron Maiden and Rush, his way to play bass guitar perfectly embraces Sweet Lorraine; he always tries to perform as similar as possible to Gary Thain and Trevor Bolder.

He's also next to record two new songs on the forecoming album “Alex Falcone Aphasia”, one of which with Fergie Frederiksen (formerly singer from Toto).
